Laid down the accompaniment the other day for one of the first tracks to be included on the Huw Pudner & Chris Hastings duo album!!
No album title yet, but this song’s called The Bevin Boys – all about a bunch of men who were called up ‘durin da wohah’, expecting to go into battle, but being sent down the pit to excavate coal for all the military operations. Took it out and performed it at a regular gig the other night – yet another request for an album.
